Al DaSilva is the Founder of DaSilva Consulting and the COO of 217 Solutions. DaSilva is a healthcare administrator with extensive knowledge and experience in the business and clinical operations field and he has worked in both, community hospitals and medical group settings. DaSilva is a results-oriented, patient-focused leader who is passionate about improving organizational effectiveness through operations management,
continuous improvement, team building, cost reductions, and physician collaboration. Before joining 217 Solutions and founding DaSilva consulting, DaSilva was the Director of Operations at UT University Clinical Health and the Performance Improvement Manager at Regional One Health.DaSilva is a graduate of the 2019 Regional Leadership Program from the University of Tennessee Martin, a board member at the Jackson State Community College Foundation, and is certified in strength-based leadership.
DaSilva is a registered nurse who holds an MHA from the University of Memphis, as well as a BSN and MBA from Union University.
Yes, however, this workshop will focus on healthcare professionals operating their own business or planning to start their own practice.
The workshop is an all-day event. It will begin at 9 AM and end at 3:30 PM.
